This is probably the umpteenth post on this subject and I'm a total N00B. I bought a house with a concord 4 system and 2 ATPs. The installer code is not default, and when I power up it automatically arms and I cannot disarm to try to program.

Tried contacting seller of house and they conveniently don't remember the alarm codes and can't tell me who installed the system.Can I purchase an EEPROM reader to read the onboard chip? If so, which one is compatible with the chip on the concord 4? Once read, can I dissect the info to get the proper codes? If I clear it, does the board write defaults back to it and let me start from scratch?

If i buy a new board with a clean chip, can i swap chips and keep zones enrolled?I basically just need the easiest and hopefully cheapest way to reset this or at least know user codes so I can arm and disarm it and go about our life.Thank you.
