Are mostly focused on, but you also get ideas for positioning, altering, and enhancing models for greater visual impact. Besides the modeling guide that is sure to boost your skill level, you get awesome pictures of some of the most well-done WH40K models I've ever seen. At the end of the book there are a number of short articles highlighting a good variety of painted models. These aren't step-by-step guides, but series of pictures demonstrating the end result of the techniques covered in the earlier articles, just on a variety of models.
At the very end of the book you get a special showcase of a WH40K battlefield created by Mark and Phil. This piece is an actual 8x4 ft. Game board done up in incredibly detailed shaping and modeling techniques that is sure to inspire any WH40K gamer that sees it.Whether you're a gamer or a modeler, this book is sure to please. Very highly recommended as the best advanced modeling guide I've come across. Not to be missed by any modeler, especially those attracted to WH40K.
